Cervical Radiculopathy
Cervical Radiculopathy is a pinched nerve in the neck that can also cause pain, weakness, and numbness into the shoulder, elbow, and hand.
Can occur due to poor posture, forward head, and weak neck muscles. Lack of regular exercise can also worsen this.
Conservative care, including physical and occupational therapy, can help reduce symptoms. Symptoms can be relieved with individualized exercises to improve overall neck stability and reduce nerve compression in the neck. Most cases resolve with physical or occupational therapy and do not require surgery.
